Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, source code, business strategies, and client data.

6. Limitation of Liability

egas.digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
